Use Cases

In a broad term, Kandbox supports two different categories:

Pick Drop case: In this scenario, each order is consisted of one pick (up) job and one drop (off) job. The algorithm will always dispatching two jobs in the same order into one same worker. The pick job must precede its job drop in the same order.
Single Job case: There is only one (drop off) job. This could be visiting a customer site regardless of going to depot in advance or not. When there are complex business rules, this could be classified as Field Service Dispatching.
